Data is collected at every point of the talent lifecycle — applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, learning platforms, performance reviews — and most HR practitioners still make talent decisions without it. This two-day, interactive programme arms practitioners with the terminology, skills and knowledge to navigate data and analytics: thinking analytically, applying basic statistical techniques, and connecting talent management initiatives to bottom-line business impact. The cohort works through analytics applied to talent acquisition, performance management, engagement and retention, continuous learning and leadership — including moving talent from early to senior leadership faster, increasing women and diversity in leadership roles, and retaining the people the business cannot afford to lose.

Frequently asked
Do I need a statistics or data-science background to attend?
No. The two-day, interactive programme is built for HR practitioners, not analysts — it arms participants with the terminology, analytical thinking and basic statistical techniques needed to work with talent data. It draws on the information already sitting in your ATS, HRIS, learning platforms and performance reviews, so no data-science team is required.
Which talent decisions does the analytics training cover?
The cohort applies analytics across the talent lifecycle — talent acquisition, performance management, engagement and retention, continuous learning and leadership. That includes moving talent from early to senior leadership faster, increasing women and diversity in leadership roles, and retaining the people the business cannot afford to lose.
Is the course available in French or as an in-house edition?
Yes. BIZENIUS delivers the programme in English and French, and an in-house edition can be tailored to your own HR systems and talent priorities. Sessions run on a rolling calendar with dates confirmed on request; fees and quotations are provided on enquiry.
Who teaches this
Practitioners, not presenters.
Led by practitioners who have built and run technology, data and AI capability inside institutions rather than presented it to them: heads of digital and product innovation in banks, data and AI leaders who have taken models into production under governance, and technology risk specialists who advise boards on what the estate can and cannot yet do.
What the bench brings
- Analytics, business intelligence and data warehousing
- Credit and enterprise decisioning with data
- Financial modelling and advanced spreadsheet practice
- Data governance and management
- Learning-needs analysis, design and evaluation
- Building internal training academies
