Frequently asked
Which sales and marketing programme should we start with?
Start with Product Management and Development for Banking Masterclass, the first step of the Growth learning path, then Artificial Intelligence in Digital Banking and Marketing Masterclass and Managing Client Relationships, Sales & Business Development Masterclass. Relationship and sales teams whose immediate priority is client coverage and pipeline can begin with the third, and product or digital marketing teams with the second.
What does sales and marketing training cover, and who is it for?
It covers commercial craft with the numbers attached: product management, marketing strategy, digital and AI-supported marketing, sales leadership, key accounts, client relationships and pricing. It is for heads of sales, product and marketing, relationship managers and business development teams, in banks and other organisations, who answer for revenue rather than activity. Programmes are practitioner-led and delivered in English and French, with a BIZENIUS Certificate of Achievement.
Can these programmes run in-house for one sales team?
Yes. Public cohorts run in the classroom and live virtual. For one institution, a programme can run in-house as a custom programme, scoped on request, in English or French, which suits a sales or relationship team that needs a common approach to clients and pipeline. Institutions sending several delegates to public cohorts receive group terms; fees are provided on enquiry.
