Which AI programme should our bank start with?
Start with AI-Driven Retail Banking: Transforming Service, Increasing Revenue & Customer Experience, the first step of the AI & Digital learning path, then Artificial Intelligence in Banking Masterclass and AI Governance & Responsible AI for Financial Institutions. Functional teams can choose by function instead: AI in Risk Management, AI in Treasury, or AI in Finance: The Finance Function and Reporting.
What does AI training for banks cover, and who is it for?
It covers AI for institutions that must answer for it: where AI adds value in customer service, risk, treasury and finance, how to challenge model outputs, and the governance that keeps use cases owned and controlled. It is for executives, business heads, risk, compliance, audit, finance and technology teams who decide on or oversee AI. Programmes are practitioner-led and delivered in English and French, with a BIZENIUS Certificate of Achievement.
Do your AI programmes cover AI governance and the validation of AI models?
Yes. AI Governance & Responsible AI for Financial Institutions covers model inventories, risk classification, human oversight, validation and vendor control for banks and insurers. AI in Risk Management addresses how to challenge AI model outputs and explanations, and who is accountable for AI-supported risk decisions. The reading list on this page includes a guide to validating AI models in banks.
