Frequently asked
Which HR programme should our team start with?
Start with Strategic HR Business Partner Masterclass, the first step of the Leadership & HR learning path, then Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Masterclass and The L&D Strategy: Capability That Shows Up in the Numbers. Heads of learning and development whose priority is the training budget and its results can begin with the third; workforce planners and HR analysts with the second.
What does HR management training cover, and who is it for?
It treats HR as a strategic function: business partnering, workforce strategy and planning, reward, employee relations, learning and development, and the policies that make an institution worth joining and hard to leave. It is for HR directors, HR business partners, workforce planning, reward and L&D teams, in banks and other organisations. Programmes are practitioner-led, delivered in English and French, in the classroom, live virtual or in-house.
Do your HR programmes lead to a professional certification?
No. Each participant receives a BIZENIUS Certificate of Achievement. The programmes are practice-led rather than exam-led and are not preparation for a third-party qualification or credential; they focus on the decisions HR leaders make, from business partnering to workforce planning and learning strategy. Institutions sending several delegates receive group terms, and fees are provided on enquiry.
